Huxen & Co. does not sell your health or genetic information.
Huxen & Co. does not disclose client health or genetic information to Meta or other advertising platforms for targeted advertising or for the creation of advertising audiences.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We may use personal information to:

• Manage client accounts and records
• Process health intake information
• Review and interpret DNA wellness reports within the scope of our coaching services

We will not use sensitive health or genetic information for purposes materially unrelated to providing or administering our services without appropriate authorization or another lawful basis.
4. CLIENT MANAGEMENT AND HEALTH INTAKE INFORMATION
Huxen & Co. uses third-party client management technology, currently including Citrine, to manage client relationships and services.
Clients may complete health intake forms through this system. These forms may contain personal and health-related information, including symptoms, medications, supplements, lifestyle habits, health concerns, and other information voluntarily provided by the client.
Third-party platforms process information according to their own privacy, security, and data-processing practices.
5. DNA TESTING AND GENETIC INFORMATION
When you purchase a service that includes DNA testing, Huxen & Co. works with a third-party DNA testing provider, currently The Designer Genes Co.
Huxen & Co. may provide information such as your name and mailing address to the testing provider as necessary to order and ship your DNA testing kit.
You are responsible for following the testing provider's instructions for registering, completing, and returning your DNA sample.
Once testing is complete, Huxen & Co. may receive notification that your results are available through our practitioner account or dashboard. We may then access, generate, download, review, and provide your genetic wellness report to you as part of the services you purchased.
The DNA testing provider's collection, processing, storage, retention, and security of DNA samples and information within its systems are governed by that provider's applicable policies and practices.
Huxen & Co. does not sell client genetic information or provide client genetic information to advertising platforms for targeted advertising.
6. DNA WELLNESS BLUEPRINT AND CLIENT MATERIALS
As part of certain services, Huxen & Co. may create personalized client materials, including a DNA Wellness Blueprint.
These materials may contain genetic information, health information, coaching notes, wellness priorities, lifestyle and nutrition recommendations, supplement recommendations, links, session recordings, and other information relevant to your coaching experience.
Client materials may be created, stored, managed, or delivered through third-party technology providers. Current or anticipated providers may include Google, Notion, Citrine, or similar platforms used to operate and deliver our services.
We may change the technology platforms we use from time to time as our business and services evolve.
7. VIDEO CONFERENCING AND SESSION RECORDINGS
Huxen & Co. uses third-party video conferencing technology, currently including Zoom, to conduct virtual coaching sessions.
Certain sessions, including Results Sessions, may be recorded. When a session is recorded, the recording may be stored within Huxen & Co.'s Zoom cloud account and may also be made available through the client's DNA Wellness Blueprint or another client-accessible platform.
Recording consent and any additional terms relating to recorded sessions may also be addressed in the terms applicable to the service you purchase.
Recorded sessions may contain personal, health-related, or other sensitive information discussed during the session.
8. SUPPLEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS AND FULLSCRIPT
When appropriate within the scope of our services, Huxen & Co. may use Fullscript to provide personalized supplement recommendations.
To create a client profile, Huxen & Co. may provide Fullscript with limited information such as your name, email address, and sex. We may then create supplement recommendations associated with your Fullscript profile.
Fullscript may communicate with you directly regarding your account, recommendations, purchases, or related services. Information processed directly by Fullscript is subject to Fullscript's own privacy policies and terms.
9. PAYMENTS
Purchases may be initiated through our website or checkout systems, including Wix and integrated client-management technology.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal, depending on the payment option selected.
Additional financing or payment options may also be made available through third-party providers.
Huxen & Co. does not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card information when that information is entered directly into a third-party payment processor's secure checkout system.
Payment providers process payment and financial information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
10. EMAIL COMMUNICATION
Huxen & Co. may use your email address to send communications related to services you have requested or purchased, including:
• Purchase and onboarding information
• DNA kit instructions and reminders
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Results notifications
• Follow-up information
• Client resources
• Service updates
• Other communications necessary to administer your services
We may also send educational, promotional, or marketing emails where permitted by law.
Marketing emails will provide an appropriate method to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily prevent us from sending transactional or service-related communications necessary to fulfill a service you purchased.
Huxen & Co. does not currently use SMS/text messaging as part of its client communication system.
11. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING
Our website may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the website, understand general website traffic and usage, improve the user experience, and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Huxen & Co. may advertise through platforms such as Instagram or Meta.
Website advertising or analytics technologies may collect information about website visitors according to the settings and technologies enabled on our website and the policies of the applicable providers.
However, Huxen & Co. does not provide client health intake information, genetic reports, DNA results, medications, symptoms, coaching records, or other client health or genetic information to Meta or other advertising platforms for targeted advertising or audience creation.
12. WHEN WE MAY DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide requested services, including to service providers that assist with:
• Client relationship management
• DNA testing and kit fulfillment
• Website hosting and operation
• Payment processing
• Email communication
• Scheduling
• Video conferencing
• Client document creation and storage
• Supplement recommendations and fulfillment
• Business technology and administrative functions
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process, court order, or governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights, safety, clients, or business.
We do not authorize service providers to use sensitive client information for Huxen & Co.'s targeted advertising.
13. RETENTION OF INFORMATION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain applicable client records and lifetime access to client materials, fulfill legitimate business purposes, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
Because certain Huxen & Co. services provide lifetime access to client materials such as the DNA Wellness Blueprint, some client information may be retained on a long-term basis unless deletion is requested or retention is otherwise no longer necessary or appropriate.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the systems in which it is maintained.
14. INFORMATION SECURITY
Huxen & Co. takes reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information under our control.
We also rely on third-party technology and service providers to operate portions of our business. Those providers maintain their own privacy and security practices.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, Huxen & Co. cannot guarantee absolute security of information.
15. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND REQUESTS
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information. You may contact Huxen & Co. to request that we:

We do not intentionally publish identifiable client health experiences or testimonials without permission.
Where appropriate, separate consent or authorization may be obtained regarding the use of a client's testimonial, name, photograph, health experience, or other identifying information.
Participation in testimonials or marketing is voluntary and is not required to receive Huxen & Co. services.
17. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Huxen & Co.'s website and coaching services are intended for adults and are not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website or services without appropriate authorization.

medications; or provide emergency medical care.
Always consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional regarding medical symptoms, diagnoses,

3. EPIGENETICS AND GENETIC WELLNESS INFORMATION
Certain Huxen & Co. services may use genetic or epigenetic wellness information to provide education and
personalized coaching.

guarantee that a particular condition, symptom, or outcome will occur, and it should not be interpreted as a medical

Huxen & Co. may use third-party platforms, including Fullscript, to facilitate supplement recommendations. Purchases
made through third-party providers may also be subject to those providers' terms, policies, pricing, shipping, and return
practices.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
You remain responsible for your own health, wellness, choices, actions, and decisions.
To receive the greatest benefit from coaching, you agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the
best of your knowledge and to communicate relevant changes that may affect the coaching relationship.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement educational or wellness recommendations and for
seeking appropriate professional medical care when needed.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Huxen & Co. cannot and does not guarantee specific health, wellness, financial, weight, hormone, thyroid,
autoimmune, energy, mood, or other outcomes.
Testimonials, client stories, personal experiences, examples, and case discussions are illustrative only. They do not
guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Individual outcomes vary based on many factors, including personal circumstances, health history, adherence,
lifestyle, genetics, environment, medical care, and factors outside Huxen & Co.'s control.
7. PURCHASES, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Prices, payment options, and availability of products and services may change from time to time. The price and
payment terms displayed or agreed to at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase, subject to any applicable
offer-specific terms.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Wix, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment or financing
providers made available at checkout. Use of a third-party payment or financing service is subject to that provider's
terms and eligibility requirements.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges
associated with your purchase.
Refunds, cancellations, payment obligations, scheduling terms, and other conditions for a specific coaching program
or offer may be governed by separate offer-specific terms presented at or before purchase.

Huxen & Co. uses and may link to third-party services, platforms, laboratories, payment providers, supplement
providers, video-conferencing services, document platforms, and other technology providers.
Third parties operate independently and maintain their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, product policies,
and service standards. Huxen & Co. is not responsible for a third party's independent acts, omissions, availability,
policies, or performance to the extent permitted by law.
References or links to third-party products or services do not constitute a guarantee of those products or services.

The Huxen & Co. website and its content are provided for general informational and educational purposes. We may
update, modify, remove, or discontinue website content at any time.

worksheets, coaching materials, DNA Wellness Blueprint format, program materials, downloads, and other original
content are owned by or licensed to Huxen & Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Materials provided to you are for your personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly authorize another use in
writing.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, teach from, commercially exploit, copy for others, or create derivative
commercial materials from Huxen & Co. proprietary content without prior written permission.
Your individual genetic reports and personal information remain subject to the rights applicable to those materials and
the terms of the applicable testing or technology provider.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse our website, systems, content, or services. Prohibited conduct includes attempting
unauthorized access, interfering with website operation, introducing malicious code, impersonating another person,
using our content unlawfully, or using our services to violate applicable law or the rights of others.
12. EMAIL AND COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your email address in connection with a purchase, inquiry, form, or service, you agree that Huxen & Co.

Certain sessions may be recorded when disclosed to the participant. Additional recording terms and consent
requirements may be included in the terms for the specific service purchased.
You agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, publish, or share Huxen & Co. coaching sessions or proprietary
materials without prior written permission, except for a recording Huxen & Co. expressly provides to you for your
personal use.
16. DISCLAIMERS
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, general educational content, and services are provided
on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except for warranties
that cannot legally be excluded.
We do not warrant that the website or third-party platforms will operate without interruption, delay, security incident, or
technical error.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Huxen & Co. and Jessica Slimak will not be liable for indirect,

The Huxen Method
Offer Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 9, 2026
These Offer Terms of Service ("Offer Terms") apply specifically to your purchase and participation in The Huxen
Method, offered by Jessica Slimak, a California sole proprietor operating under the business name Huxen &
Co. ("Huxen & Co.," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing The Huxen Method, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Offer Terms, together with
the Huxen & Co. Privacy Policy and general Terms of Service. If these Offer Terms conflict with the general Terms of
Service regarding The Huxen Method, these Offer Terms control.
1. THE OFFER
The Huxen Method is a personalized DNA wellness and epigenetics coaching experience designed to help clients
better understand their individual genetic wellness information, identify priorities, and create practical nutrition, lifestyle,
supplement, and wellness action steps.
The Huxen Method is an educational and wellness coaching service. It is not medical care and does not provide
medical diagnosis or treatment.
2. WHAT IS INCLUDED
The Huxen Method currently includes:
• One at-home functional DNA testing kit ordered through The Designer Genes Co.
• A comprehensive genetic wellness report generated after laboratory processing is complete.
• Jessica Slimak's coaching notes and interpretation of the client's report.
• A personalized DNA Wellness Blueprint containing prioritized, practical action steps and wellness
recommendations.
• Personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness recommendations based on the scope of the service.
• Supplement recommendations when appropriate, which may be provided through Fullscript.
• One private 90-minute Results Session conducted by Zoom.
• A recording of the Results Session, made available through the client's Blueprint when applicable.
• Lifetime access to the client's DNA Wellness Blueprint, subject to technology availability, platform changes, these
Offer Terms, and the Privacy Policy.
• Thirty (30) days of post-session implementation and clarification support as described below.
3. CURRENT INVESTMENT AND PAYMENT
The current investment for The Huxen Method is $1,497 USD, unless a different price, promotion, or written offer is presented at the time of purchase.
Clients may pay in full or use payment or financing options made available at checkout, which may include Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, or other third-party providers.
Eligibility, installment schedules, interest, fees, credit decisions, and other financing terms are determined by the applicable third-party provider. Huxen & Co. does not control those decisions or terms.
Choosing a third-party payment plan does not change the total scope of The Huxen Method or the client's obligations under these Offer Terms.
4. DNA KIT AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
After purchase, Huxen & Co. will personally place the client's DNA kit order through The Designer Genes Co. using the client's name and shipping address.
Kits are generally expected to arrive within approximately one week, but shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
The client is responsible for following all kit instructions, registering the kit as directed, properly collecting the DNA sample, and returning it using the provided prepaid mailer.
Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain and retain a shipping receipt or tracking record when returning the kit, even when return postage is prepaid.
Huxen & Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, rejected samples, laboratory processing issues, shipping-carrier problems, or other events outside our reasonable control. If recollection or replacement is required, any additional third-party charges will be addressed based on the circumstances and applicable provider policies.
5. LAB PROCESSING AND TIMELINE
Once the laboratory receives a usable DNA sample, results typically take approximately 4-6 weeks to process. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date.
Laboratory, shipping, technology, or other third-party delays may extend the timeline. Huxen & Co. will provide the Results Session after the necessary report becomes available and is prepared for coaching review.
6. GENETIC REPORT AND DNA WELLNESS BLUEPRINT
When results become available through the practitioner dashboard, Huxen & Co. generates and reviews the client's genetic wellness report and prepares the client's personalized DNA Wellness Blueprint.
The Blueprint may include coaching notes, priority areas, easy-to-follow action steps, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, supplement recommendations, links, future coaching notes, and the Results Session recording.
The Blueprint is intended to help translate complex wellness information into practical next steps. It is not a medical record, diagnosis, prescription, or medical treatment plan.
Client materials may be hosted through third-party platforms, currently or in the future, including Google, Notion, Citrine, Zoom, or similar technology providers. Lifetime access means Huxen & Co. intends to maintain ongoing client access to the applicable Blueprint materials, but the exact platform, format, links, or delivery method may change as technology and business systems evolve.
7. 90-MINUTE RESULTS SESSION
Once the client's results and Blueprint are ready, the client will be notified and invited to schedule one private 90-minute Results Session by Zoom.
During this session, Huxen & Co. will review the client's genetic wellness information, identify priority areas, connect relevant findings to the client's stated wellness concerns and goals, and explain practical next steps within the scope of wellness coaching.
The included Results Session must be used by the purchasing client and may not be transferred to another person without written permission from Huxen & Co.
8. SESSION RECORDING
The Results Session may be recorded through Zoom so the client can review the educational information discussed during the session.
The recording may be stored in Huxen & Co.'s Zoom cloud account and made available through the client's DNA Wellness Blueprint or another client-accessible platform.
The client will be informed when recording occurs. By proceeding with a recorded session after notice is provided, the client consents to the recording for the purpose of providing the purchased service. If a client has a concern about recording, the client should raise it before the session begins so the parties can address available options.
Recordings provided to the client are for the client's personal use only and may not be published, distributed, sold, or shared publicly without written permission.
9. 30-DAY IMPLEMENTATION AND CLARIFICATION SUPPORT
The Huxen Method includes 30 days of post-session implementation and clarification support, beginning on the date of the client's 90-minute Results Session.
During this period, the client may submit brief questions specifically related to understanding or implementing recommendations already contained in the DNA Wellness Blueprint or discussed during the Results Session.
This support is not unlimited coaching by email or messaging.
Questions that require substantial new research, reassessment, troubleshooting, review of new health concerns, review of new laboratory results, extensive review of new supplements or medications, significant changes to recommendations, or continued coaching are outside the included 30-day clarification support and may require a paid follow-up service.
Huxen & Co. does not guarantee immediate or same-day responses. Communications are handled within reasonable business availability.
10. CONTINUED COACHING
After the included 30-day support period, clients may be offered optional paid follow-up sessions or continued implementation coaching.
Continued coaching is not included in the $1,497 purchase price unless expressly stated in writing. Pricing, duration, availability, and terms for follow-up services may change and will be disclosed before purchase.
The existence of lifetime Blueprint access does not include lifetime access to Jessica Slimak for coaching, messaging, research, interpretation, or plan revisions.
11. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
Unless expressly stated in writing, The Huxen Method does not include:
• Medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

• Emergency or urgent medical care.
• Ordering conventional medical laboratory testing.
• Medical interpretation of laboratory tests outside the scope of wellness coaching.
• Replacement for care from a physician or other licensed healthcare professional.
• Unlimited email, messaging, or direct access to Jessica Slimak.
• Unlimited or indefinite coaching.
• Additional coaching sessions beyond the included 90-minute Results Session.
• Substantial research or coaching regarding new health concerns outside the original DNA results and Blueprint. • Review of new laboratory results, medications, or extensive supplement protocols unless separately agreed upon. • Significant revisions to the client's plan after the included support period.
• The cost of supplements or other products recommended through Fullscript or elsewhere. • Medical, laboratory, shipping, or third-party services not expressly included in the offer.
12. WELLNESS, MEDICAL, AND SUPPLEMENT DISCLAIMER
The Huxen Method is educational and wellness-focused and is not a substitute for individualized medical care.
Huxen & Co. and Jessica Slimak do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and do not prescribe or adjust medication.
Clients should consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional regarding symptoms, diagnoses, medications, laboratory testing, medical conditions, pregnancy, nursing, surgery, or material changes to a health plan.
Supplement recommendations are educational wellness recommendations, not prescriptions. Supplements may have side effects, contraindications, allergies, or interactions. The client is responsible for discussing supplements with an appropriate healthcare professional when needed.
13. GENETIC INFORMATION LIMITATIONS
Genetic and epigenetic wellness information may identify tendencies, variants, or areas that may be relevant to wellness, but it cannot predict or guarantee a diagnosis, symptom, treatment response, or health outcome.
Genetics are only one part of health. Lifestyle, environment, age, hormones, medications, medical history, and many other factors may influence an individual's experience.
The client's report and Huxen & Co.'s coaching interpretation should not be used as a substitute for clinical genetic counseling, diagnostic testing, or medical evaluation when those services are appropriate.
14. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Huxen & Co. does not guarantee any specific health or wellness outcome from The Huxen Method.
No guarantee is made regarding weight loss, energy, thyroid function, hormone balance, anxiety, inflammation, autoimmune markers, symptoms, laboratory values, medication needs, or any other particular result.
Testimonials, personal stories, and examples are illustrative only and do not guarantee that another client will experience the same results.
15. SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULING, AND PARTICIPATION
Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending the included Results Session once notified that their materials are ready.
If a client needs to reschedule, the client should provide as much advance notice as reasonably possible. Huxen & Co. may establish reasonable scheduling, late-cancellation, or no-show procedures through the booking system or written client communications.
Repeated missed appointments, excessive delays in scheduling, or failure to participate may delay completion of the service. Any specific cancellation or no-show fee will be disclosed before it is charged.
16. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Because The Huxen Method includes personalized services and third-party costs that may be incurred shortly after purchase, including ordering a DNA testing kit, refund eligibility may depend on the stage of fulfillment.
Any refund or cancellation terms displayed at checkout or separately agreed to in writing at the time of purchase will apply to the transaction.
If no more specific written refund policy was presented, a client requesting cancellation should contact jess@huxenandco.com promptly. Huxen & Co. will review the request in good faith, taking into account services already performed and nonrecoverable third-party costs already incurred.
This section does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. Third-party financing or payment providers may also have separate terms that continue to apply.
17. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Huxen & Co. handles personal, health-related, and genetic information as described in the Huxen & Co. Privacy Policy.
Huxen & Co. does not sell client health or genetic information and does not disclose client health or genetic information to Meta or other advertising platforms for targeted advertising or audience creation.
The client understands that Huxen & Co. uses third-party service providers to deliver portions of the service, including client management, DNA testing, document storage, video conferencing, payments, and supplement recommendations.
No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. Clients should use reasonable care when accessing or forwarding sensitive materials.
18. TESTIMONIALS AND CLIENT STORIES
Participation in testimonials, case stories, photographs, or marketing content is voluntary and is not required to receive The Huxen Method.
Huxen & Co. will seek permission before intentionally publishing identifiable client testimonials or health experiences. Separate testimonial or marketing consent may be requested.
19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PERSONAL USE
The Huxen Method name, coaching framework, Blueprint format, educational materials, written explanations, worksheets, graphics, and other original Huxen & Co. materials are proprietary and are provided for the purchasing client's personal use.
Clients may retain and use their own reports, Blueprint, and provided session recording for personal purposes, but may not reproduce, teach, resell, publish, commercially distribute, or create commercial derivative materials from Huxen & Co. proprietary content without written permission.
20. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
The Huxen Method relies on third-party providers that may include The Designer Genes Co., Citrine, Wix, Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, Zoom, Google, Notion, Fullscript, shipping carriers, and other technology or service providers.
Huxen & Co. is not responsible for third-party outages, shipping delays, laboratory delays, provider eligibility decisions, platform changes, or other independent acts or omissions outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party services are also subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Huxen & Co. and Jessica Slimak will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to participation in The Huxen Method, use of educational materials, or reliance on third-party services.
Nothing in these Offer Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
22. TERMINATION OF COACHING RELATIONSHIP
Huxen & Co. may terminate or restrict the coaching relationship for material nonpayment, abusive or threatening conduct, misuse of services or materials, unlawful conduct, repeated boundary violations, or other material breach of these Offer Terms.
Any financial consequences of termination will be determined in accordance with these Offer Terms, services already performed, nonrecoverable costs, applicable payment-provider terms, and applicable law.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
24. CHANGES TO THE OFFER
Huxen & Co. may update the structure, technology, delivery platforms, pricing, or future versions of The Huxen Method. Changes to future versions do not retroactively reduce the material services already promised to a client for a completed purchase.
If a third-party platform becomes unavailable, Huxen & Co. may substitute a reasonably comparable method of delivery.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY
These Offer Terms, together with the Huxen & Co. Privacy Policy, general Terms of Service, checkout terms, and any written terms specifically presented with the client's purchase, constitute the applicable agreement concerning The Huxen Method.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
